| Asustek's ZenFone shipment goal may not be reached |
According to Digitimes Asustek 5-10 million zenfone shipment goal may be unrealistik. Taiwanese Asus Computer aims to ship 5-10 million Zenfone Series in 2014. but smartphone supply chains believe such high number may be unrealistic due increased competition in the market according to industry sources.
The sources said orders in the second quarter of 2014 are expected to be around 100,000 and are estimated to climb in the third quarter to one million units.
