What is a dual-wipe (clear data +cache)
Double wipe the mobile phone system is a depth data cleanup operation,to solve boot-loop and can't enter the home screen.
Step one
Turn off the phone, disconnect the USB connection, hold power button + volume up
Enter the above interface, the volume down button to select RECOVERY (yellow part) the power button to confirm. Phone automatically restart in the middle of the screen appears the robot down, exclamation point, no command displays, as shown below
No display interface command to enter, do not panic, this is normal, proceed as follows: Long press the volume down key, press the volume up key, will enter into Recovery mode, as shown below
