Perlu kalian ketahui jika device Android kalian berada pada mode aman atau safe mode ini biasanya di tandai dengan munculnya sebuah tulisan dengan background hitam transparan bisa di sebelah kiri bawah maupun kanan bawah, dan pada tempat itu akan ada tulisan mode aman atau safe mode sesuai bahasa smartphone yang kalian pakai, dan jika mode aman aktif maka kalian tidak akan bisa menginstall aplikasi manapun dan tidak bisa mendapat akses penuh terhadap smartphone yang kalian miliki, dan umumnya mode aman ini dapat aktif dari 2 aktifitas berikut : 1. Diaktifkan melalui kondisi device on atau hidup Aktifnya mode aman atau safe mode pada device Android dalam keadaan menyala ini terjadi ketika kalian menekan tombol power off, dan akan muncul beberapa pilihan menu power down dan pada menu power off atau daya mati jika di tekan selama beberapa detik akan muncul pop up yang mengindikasikan bahwa device akan masuk pada mode aman jika pilihan ok di tekan. 2. Diaktifkan melalui kondisi device off atau mati total Dan cara kedua ini dapat kalian lakukan secara normal yaitu pada saat kalian menekan tombol power untuk menghidupkan device kalian, setelah getar atau muncul logo vendor kalian menekan tombol volume UP atau DOWN (tergantung vendor smartphone) maka ketika berhasil booting maka device akan otomatis masuk kedalam mode aman atau safe mode
Selanjutnya masalah yang banyak timbul dari kondisi ini adalah bahwa kebanyakan user atau pengguna Android tidak tahu atau tidak sengaja masuk dalam mode aman tersebut, lalu cara mengatasinya ada beberapa macam antara lain adalah sebagai berikut :
1. Matikan secara normal device Android kalian Jika dalam keadaan normal masalah mode aman akan dapat langsung teratasi dengan cara mereboot atau mematikan ulang device Android, tetapi dalam beberapa kasus harus lebih dari 3 kali melakukan reboot agar device dapat keluar dari mode aman tersebut, jika belum berhasil ikuti point 2.
2. Flash ulang Secara logika melakukan flash ulang firmware akan dapat menghilangkan semua settingan yang terjadi di smartphone dan tidak terkecuali pada mode aman atau safe mode tersebut, dan jika cara pertama tidak berhasil maka cara kedua ini memiliki persentasi yang tinggi dalam mengatasi masalah terkurung pada mode aman tersebut, jika belum bisa keluar dari mode aman lanjut cara berikutnya.
3. Install kernel dan custom rom Sama seperti point nomor 2, tetapi cara ketiga ini lebih ampuh lagi karena dalam pengerjaannya settingan kernel dapat fresh kembali dan juga di sertai custom rom baru yang masih orisinil, jadi masalah terkurung pada mode aman atau safe mode pasti dapat teratasi.
Dan jika masih belum bisa keluar dari mode aman, maka kalian harus khwatir karena pasti terdapat kerusakan hardware yang terjadi pada smartphone kalian, dan penyebab utamanya adalah datang dari hardware volume up dan down smartphone, yang dalam kebanyakan kasus tombol volume fisik smartphone tersebut rusak atau terus tertekan, yang mengakibatkan device selalu masuk mode aman secara terus menerus, karena berdasarkan pada point nomor 2 yang sudah di jelaskan diatas dalam aktifknya mode aman, jadi secara logika jika kerusakan terdapat pada tombol volume fisik smartphone maka ketika smartphone di reboot maka akan secara terus menerus masuk dalam mode aman tanpa bisa keluar lagi, jika tombol volume fisik belum di perbaiki.
Solusinya adalah memang kalian yang mengalami masalah serupa harus memperbaiki tombol volume fisik smartphone kalian terlebih dahulu agar tidak tertekan secara terus menerus, dan hal ini yang menyebabkan hampir 98% masalah terkurung atau stuck di mode aman tidak dapat teratasi dan faktor lainnya dapat datang dari masalah internal lainnya yang berhubungan dengan akses kepada mode aman tersebut, untuk itu kalian harus mengeluarkan tenaga dan materi yang lumayan dalam mengatasi hal tersebut, jika pada 3 pemecahan masalah jitu diatas masih tidak membuahkan hasil pada masalah yang di alami smartphone Android kalian.
Bagi para penggiat smartphone dan pemakai smartphone pada jaman sekarang ini pasti sudah sangat mengenal sistem operasi Android yang jika di tanya pengembangnya pasti semua menjawab "Google" jawabannya tersebut sepenuhnya benar bahwa sistem operasi ini memang Google yang mengembangkannya, tetapi seperti yang kita tahu Google hanya berperan sebagai distributor OS Android saja, dan paling dekatnya adalah pada brand Nexus yang langsung diawasi oleh Google tetapi tetap saja vendor lain yang menggarapnya, lalu apa jadinya jika Google sendiri yang turun tangan dalam membuat, mendesign dan juga mengembangkan smartphone dengan brand Google, pasti hebat bukan, dan inilah pemberitaan hangat pada saat ini bahwa Google di kabarkan akan ikut perang dalam penjulan smartphone secara global.

Dan terkhusus pada smartphone brand asli dari Google, menurut banyak orang bahwa device tersebut nantinya akan hadir sebagai smartphone yang sangat istimewa karena langsung di kembangkan oleh Google baik secara software dan hardware, dan di pastikan device tersebut jika benar adanya pasti sangat inovatif dan mungkin saja saat itu adalah saat revolusi terbaru lagi bagi dunia smartphone yang akan naik pada level yang lebih tinggi lagi, dengan demikian konfirmasi terkait berita ini dari Google sangat di harapkan banyak orang dan media, semoga saja dalam waktu dekat pihak Google akan angkat bicara terkait hal tersebut.
